How the form works: the data entered in the demo request form is transmitted through the Web3Forms service (Web3Forms — privacy policy), which acts as data processor and delivers the request solely to the amus@amus.it mailbox, without retaining the data beyond the time needed for delivery.
Data processed and methods: the "Request a demo" form composes an email message through the visitor's mail client: the data entered (name, company, email, phone, optional message) is transmitted only when the user voluntarily sends the email from their own client; the site does not store it on any server. With the user's consent, the site also uses statistical and marketing measurement tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) that process browsing data and online identifiers: for categories, retention periods and third parties, see the cookie policy.
Purpose and legal basis: data received by email is processed in order to respond to the contact or demo request (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR); browsing data collected through statistical and marketing cookies is processed solely on the basis of consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), freely revocable from the cookie preferences panel.
Retention: for the time needed to handle the request and any subsequent business relations.
Recipients and transfers: form data is not disclosed to third parties. Data collected by the measurement tools is processed by the respective providers (Google), including possible extra-EU transfers backed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework), as detailed in the cookie policy.
Data subject rights: you may exercise at any time the rights under arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to amus@amus.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
What cookies are. Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's device to store information and retrieve it on subsequent visits. Similar technologies (pixels, tags, localStorage) are treated as cookies for the purposes of this policy.
How we manage consent. On the first visit a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject them or choose by category. No statistical or marketing cookie is installed before consent (prior blocking, Italian DPA Guidelines of 10 June 2021; Google Consent Mode v2). The choice is stored for 6 months, after which consent is requested again; it can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Necessary cookies (always active, no consent). They store only the choice expressed about cookies (local key "amus4b_consent", 6-month duration). They do not track browsing.
Statistical cookies (only with consent). Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): aggregate measurement of visits with anonymised IP. Maximum cookie duration: 24 months. Notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
Marketing cookies (only with consent). Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing, Google Ireland Ltd.). Durations and details per Google's notice: policies.google.com/privacy. The provider may transfer data outside the EU on the basis of appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Disabling from the browser. You can always block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and manage third-party advertising preferences at www.youronlinechoices.eu.
